What to expect – Itinerary:

DAY 1 – Arrival in Athens City, Greece
Arrive at the airport in Athens, “Eleftherios Venizelos”. Transfer to your hotel.

Check-in is at 14:00 pm. – Overnight.

DAY 2 – Full Day Athens City Tour visiting Acropolis, Museum, & Temple of Poseidon at Cape Sounion
Morning departure from your Hotel to Discover Athens City, on this live guided tour and visit the famous Parthenon at the top of the Acropolis of Athens, the world-famous New Acropolis Museum, and the well knows Temple of Poseidon at Cape Sounion.

Day 3 – Visit Delphi and Arachova Village
Today, we visit the UNESCO-listed Delphi Archaeological Site – the Center of the World in Ancient Greece. Admire what is considered one of the most important archeological digging sites in Europe and don’t miss the famous monuments like the Temple of Apollo in the Delphi Archaeological Site. Spot the well-known nowadays ancient engravings on the stone such as ‘Know Thyself’ and ‘Nothing in Excess’, used in Socrates’ philosophy works.

Explore the famous rare historical treasures dating from the 15th century BC in the Museum in Delphi Archeological Site and get a chance to see the famous long-lost wonders of the “Bronze Charioteer” and “Sphinx of Naxos”.

DAY 4 – Mycenae Archaeological Site, Nauplion Town and Epidaurus Ancient Theater
Today we explore the UNESCO-Listed Mycenae Archaeological Site and The Ancient Theater of Epidaurus and get a chance to see Nauplion City– the First Capital of Greece.

The atmospheric hilltop ruins of Mycenae, a fortified city from the second millennium BC, where the well-known Myth of Hercules was born. Admire the world-famous Lion’s Gate, Tomb of King Agamemnon, and Palace. Explore the breathtaking Epidaurus Ancient Theater, built in the 4th century BC. This colossal theater is considered one of the world’s most beautiful and still boasts fabulous acoustics.

Visit the Sanctuary of Asklepios a mythological birthplace of Asklepios, the Greek god of healing.

Move on and get a chance to stroll around the little streets of Nauplion City, “Old Town” and Fort. After the tour, we depart back to Athens – Overnight.

DAY 5 – Athens – Day of Departure
Enjoy your last free Day in Athens City. Depart from the hotel, according to your flight details, to the Athens Airport.
