This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Sales Specialist. The role will entail providing excellent customer support, handling customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining strong phone etiquette. The successful candidate will be based in Athens.
Qualifications
- Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Experience skills
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills
- Ability to handle customer inquiries
- Experience in ensuring customer satisfaction and creating positive customer experiences
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work in a team and adapt to changing environments
- Fluency in English and Greek language is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is a plus
